These terms are provided to ensure both parties are informed and agree upon this arrangement, thereby setting clear expectations and protecting our mutual interests.
Order Processing and Shipping Time:
We pride ourselves on swift order processing and shipping. Once your order is confirmed, we aim to process it within 1-2 business days. After processing, delivery times may vary based on your location. Domestic shipments typically take 2 – 7 days, while international orders can vary between 4 – 22 days depending on the chosen courier. These estimated times are subject to factors beyond our control.

Subject to stock availability, we strive to maintain accurate stock counts on our website. However, occasional stock discrepancies may arise. If we are unable to fulfill all items in your order at the time of purchase, we will fulfill the available products and communicate with you regarding options for backordered items, such as awaiting restocking or processing a refund.
2. Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on item weight, dimensions, and destination. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This amount constitutes the final shipping cost to the customer.
3. Returns:
3.1 Returns Due to Change of Mind:
Vibhav Crafts & Creation will accept returns due to a change of mind if a return request is received within 3 days of item receipt. Returned items must be in original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, and customers are responsible for arranging return shipping.
3.2 Warranty Returns:
Valid warranty claims must be submitted within 90 days of item receipt. Customers must pre-pay return shipping, which will be reimbursed upon successful warranty claim. Upon return receipt of items for warranty claims, Vibhav Crafts & Creation will process warranty claims within 7 days.
Upon confirmation of a warranty claim, you may choose:
(a) refund to your payment method
(b) refund as store credit
(c) replacement item (subject to availability)
4. Delivery Terms:
4.1 Domestic Transit Time:
Domestic shipments generally take 2 – 7 days in transit.
4.2 International Transit Time:
International orders typically take 4 – 22 days in transit, varying by selected courier. A more precise estimate will be provided during checkout.
4.3 Dispatch Time:
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment.
Operating on Monday – Friday during standard business hours (excluding national holidays), our warehouse ensures minimal shipment delays during these periods.
4.4 Change of Delivery Address:
Delivery addresses can be changed before dispatch.
4.5 P.O. Box and Military Address Shipping:
P.O. box addresses are shipped using postal services, and military addresses are shipped via USPS.

Refusal to pay duties and taxes leads to returns at your expense. Goods’ value will be refunded, minus return shipping.

9. Insurance:
Parcels are insured for loss and damage as per courier terms.
9.1 Parcel Damaged In Transit:
Refunds/replacements follow the courier’s investigation.
9.2 Parcel Lost In Transit:
Refunds/replacements proceed once the courier deems the parcel lost after investigation.
